Town Centre Developments

A new residential development along the River Don will transform the riverside completely, replacing vacant land and hardstanding car parking areas with a vibrant mix of new dwellings.

171 quality new homes are currently being built on three prime sites across the town centre.

The developments include a mixture of council homes for rent and shared ownership, and private properties for sale.

• Westgate Riverside: 72 homes (44 Council rent, 20 market sale, 8 shared ownership)
• Millfold Rise: 45 homes (31 Council rent, 14 market sale)
• Wellgate Place: 54 homes (23 Council rent, 8 market sale, 23 shared ownership)

Homes are available to reserve now and the whole scheme will be complete by the end of 2022.
